Roasting Pumpkin Seeds

Emilia asked if we could roast our own pumpkin seeds this year. So after carving three pumpkins yesterday, we had lots to roast! We spent lots of time separating and cleaning them (no pictures of this process because hubby says no one wants to see what my hair looks like before a shower!) Then we washed them and put them in the oven to dry. We decided to do them the natural way with butter and salt, so far, so yummy!!
